I mastered using shared documents (Google Docs, Slides, etc.) to complete group assignments effectively, even when my classmates and I were in different cities or time zones. These experiences taught me to be proactive, respectful of others’ time, and organized when contributing to team efforts. I also improved in giving and receiving constructive feedback online, which has helped me grow in confidence and critical thinking.
